High pressure can gouge stucco, Dryvit and EIFS and push moisture behind the walls. Our soft-wash process uses specialized treatments under 100 PSI to kill algae and mildew at the root, so the exterior comes out bright and undamaged.

Will pressure washing damage my stucco or siding?
We don't pressure wash stucco, Dryvit, EIFS or siding. Those surfaces get a soft wash under 100 PSI with treatments that kill algae and mildew at the root, so nothing gets gouged or forced behind the walls.
Can you seal my pavers or deck after cleaning?
Yes. We re-sand and seal pavers and pool decks, and sand and seal wood decks, so the clean lasts longer.
